You can book by phone, fax, e-mail or by filling in a contact form. Your booking will be confirmed after receiving the 20% down payment through money order, bank transfer or credit card.
Cancellation: for overnight stay and breakfast
Periods: 08/01 – 31/05 and 31/08 – 27/01
No fee will be charged, excluding the down payment made when booking, for cancellations received no later than 4.00 p.m. of the 5th day before the arrival. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. In case of early departure, 60% of the overnight stays of the original booking will be charged.
Periods: 31/05 – 31/08 and 27/12 – 08/01
No fee will be charged, excluding the down payment made when booking, for cancellations received no later than 4.00 p.m. of the 10th day before the arrival. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50% of the overall amount of the stay will be charged or in case of a 3-night stay or less, 100% of the amount will be charged. In case of early departure, 50% of the overnight stays of the original booking will be charged.
Cancellation: or half board, full board, special offers and packages
A down payment of 20% of the value of the overall amount of the stay must be paid upon confirmation. In case of cancellation no later than 4.00 p.m. of the 10th day before the arrival, another 30% will be requested in addition to the down payment when booking. All the stay is charged in case of cancellations after 4.00 p.m., no-show and early departure.
